A: No. In England, tenants cannot be required to pay for a professional clean at check-out. However, the property is still expected to be returned in an appropriately clean condition, and a professional clean can help where a higher standard is needed.
A: Because end-of-tenancy cleaning is about the outcome. We quote by the job so the scope is clear and the focus stays on getting the property ready for handover.
A: No cleaning company can guarantee how a landlord, agent, or deposit scheme will decide a dispute. What we do provide is a professional clean, a structured checklist, and before-and-after photo evidence to help reduce the risk of cleaning-related issues.
A: Not always. For some larger, short-notice or higher-risk bookings, a booking deposit may be required to secure the appointment. Any deposit paid is credited against the final invoice and is not an additional charge.
A: Yes. Our subcontractors are required to be appropriately insured, and we work with vetted cleaners suited to professional property handover work.
A:yes. For the best results the property should be fully vacated before the clean takes place. Tenants should: Remove all personal belongings : Empty cupboards & wardrobes : empty & defrost the fridge/freezer : ensure appliances are accessible : remove rubbish from the property. (this allows our cleaners to complete a thorough end of tenancy clean and ensures no areas are missed during the process. if the property is not fully vacated, the clean may take longer and additional charges may apply.)
A: The Time required depends on the size and condition of the property. so, As a general Guide for a solo cleaner: 1 Bed Property – 3 to 4 hours : 2 Bed Property 4 to 6 hours : 3 Bed Property 6 to 8 hours : 4+ Bed Property 8+ Hours. (Heavily used kitchens, bathrooms and appliances may require extra time to reach our inspection-ready standards. Our aim is not to clean quickly, but to prepare the property so it is ready for an inspection by the letting agent or landlord.)
A: If a cleaning item within the agreed scope is flagged within 24 hours of the clean, contact us as soon as possible with details and, where possible, photos. We will review it quickly and arrange a return visit where appropriate.
